Description

Late 19th century 2-storey and attic. Coursed stugged

rubble with ashlar dressings and band courses at first

floor and at eaves. Door, bipartite and shop windows ground

floor and 3 window 1st floor to square. 2-window gable

to Southesk Street. Splayed corner with pilastered doorpiece

and 1st floor bipartite rising into bipartite pedimented

dormer. Slated roof, 2 canted dormers to square, attic

window in Southesk Street gable.
