Description

Lyndhurst, located at 1 St Ninian's Square in Brechin, is a mid-19th century building that features a single storey and an attic. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings. The façade includes two windows and a central panelled door with a fanlight, all set within a plain architrave. The roof is slated with straight skews and has two canted dormers. The windows have been reglazed and are divided into four panes.
