Description
Roseneath, located at 3 St Ninian's Square in Brechin, is a mid-19th century building featuring a single-storey and attic design constructed from rubble with polished margins. The structure consists of a pair of cottages, each with two windows and a central door, arranged to follow the slope of the site. The panelled doors are topped with fanlights, and there are two canted dormers, each with gabled slated roofs and straight skews. The building retains its original glazing. Surrounding the property are low rubble garden walls topped with ashlar copings and uprights at the gates.
