Description

Circa 1900. Edwardian freestyle. Stugged ashlar with polished

dressings. 2 storey and attic. 2-double leaf panelled

doors alternated with 3 windows all semi elliptically arched

and keyblocked with modified ogee hoodmoulds. Doors set in

fluted console pilasters of extravagent profile, panels

above with scrolled pediments. Bold string courses at

first floor apron zone. Bracketed sills at outer bays. Outer

first floor windows unmullioned tripartites with 2 narrow

single light pedimented windows over doors, central three

light canted bay set in arched recess with shaped chimney

gable over flanked by semi circular pinnacles. 2 pedimented

semi circular windowed dormers with shaped gables in parapet

over outer bays. Main cornice, deep parapet, piended slated

roof with red tile crested ridge. Recessed single storey

block to right with door. Piended roof. Decorative cast

iron gas lamp at centre front.
