Description
30 Panmure Street in Brechin is a mid-19th century building featuring a single storey with an attic. The façade has a two-window layout with a central door. The door is framed with an architrave and has an arched shape with a keyblock, topped by a semicircular fanlight that extends into a consoled pediment at the level of the main cornice. The windows are moulded bipartites with plain aprons. The building also has three bipartite windows set within a slated mansard roof that rises from a blocking course.
