Description
13 and 15 Panmure Street in Brechin is a building dating from around 1837. It is two stories high with an attic and features coursed stonework with margins.
The front of the building is symmetrical with three windows. There is a central doorpiece flanked by anta pilasters and topped with a pediment. The building has two bipartite windows, which have been enlarged later, and two blocked outer doorpieces that also have pedimental blocking courses. The wallhead chimney is located on the gable and includes a window, along with two piended dormers. The northeast gable is harled and has a window on the first floor. The roof is slated, and the original glazing remains above the ground floor.
