Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay rectangular-plan end of terrace house. Sandstone ashlar to front, harled to side, base course, chamfered margins.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Wide central doorway (narrowed for modern door), rectangular fanlight, window centred above at 1st floor, bays flanking with windows at ground and 1st floors. Canted dormers centred above outer bays.

N ELEVATION: blank gable end.

S ELEVATION: adjoining 11 Gibson Place.

4-pane timber sash and case windows at 1st floor and to dormers, replacement windows at ground floor. Graded grey slate pitched roof, stone skews, skewputts. Rendered gablehead stack to N.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
