Description

21-23 High Street in Brechin is an early 18th century building that has been affected by modern alterations, including brick margins to the gable and the loss of skews and the chimney head. The structure is three stories tall and has an L-plan layout, with a gable from the projecting wing facing the street. The front features a two-window gable and a shop. At the rear of number 23, there is a rectangular rendered stair projection. The roof is slated.
