38-40 Bonnygate in Cupar is an 18th-century building that has undergone later alterations. It is a small, three-storey structure with irregularly placed windows and a staircase that closes at the angle of the building. The facade features painted margins and a stucco finish, topped with a slated roof. The ground floor is currently used as a shop.
