Description
This house, located next to Strathview in Market Square, Auchenblae, dates from the earlier 19th century. It is a two-storey building constructed of squared rubble and features a corner position with a three-window frontage that is widely spaced. The entrance door is situated between the second and third windows on the side. The Market Square side has a two-window frontage, with the ground floor windows being larger and not aligned with those above, suggesting it may have been a former shop. The windows are primarily four-pane sashes. The roof is slated, with straight skews and a piended angle, and it has original brick end stacks.
