7 Quayside, Banff

7 Quayside in Banff is an early to mid 19th century warehouse that stands four storeys tall and has five bays. The building is constructed of rubble with tooled rubble dressings. The facade facing the Quayside is regular, although there have been some alterations to the ground floor. There are arched entrances in the second and fourth bays on the ground floor, while the upper floors feature regular fenestration, with larger windows on the first and second floors and longer windows in the centre bays, which were formerly hoist doors. The top floor window at the centre has modern multi-pane glazing and is fronted by a small cast-iron balcony.

At the rear, there is access from Sheriffs Brae to the second floor, which includes a modern glazed porch. There is also a stair leading to the porch from the back of the building. The warehouse has broad end stacks and a slate roof.
