Description
This building at 94 Castle Street in Banff dates from around 1800 and is a single-storey cottage with an attic, featuring three bays. The exterior is harled with painted ashlar margins. It has a central door flanked by small windows, and there are two later gabled wallhead dormers. The windows have 4-pane timber sash and case glazing. The roof is covered with renewed Welsh slate.
At the rear, there is a catslide roof that extends over a single-storey addition. A rubble wall encloses the rear court.
