Description
This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 11 and 12 Sandyhill Road in Banff, built around 1800. The exterior is harled with painted margins. The main entrance is situated in the outer right bay, and the house features regular window arrangements with plate glass timber sash and case glazing. There are coped end stacks and a slate roof. An additional entrance is located at the extreme left of the building.
