Description

The gates and quadrant walls at Mountblairy date from the early to mid 19th century. They feature square granite ashlar gatepiers that are stop-chamfered and topped with pyramidal caps. The quadrant walls are made of coped ashlar. The gates and railings are crafted from cast iron in a scrolled Jacobethan style, complete with finials. Additionally, there are rubble policy walls that are joined with saddleback coping.
