Description
The gate piers and gates, along with the railings and quadrant walls at Caldra House, date from the later 19th century. The entrance features low, coped and coursed sandstone quadrant walls on either side, topped with spearheaded iron railings. There are square-plan, coursed sandstone piers on the outer left and right, each with shallow pyramidal caps. Additionally, there are square-plan coursed sandstone gate piers, also with shallow pyramidal caps, and a pair of spearheaded iron gates.
