Description

Park Gate Lodge and the gatepiers are mid 18th century structures, accompanied by quadrants, with a single-storey, two-bay gate lodge added in the 19th century to the north.

The gatepiers and quadrants are made of stugged ashlar, featuring cornices and ball finials, and are connected to a low rubble wall that has a coped top.

The gate lodge is harled with ashlar margins and is an addition to the road on the north side and at the rear. It has an entrance at the rear and two windows facing the road. The roof is covered with grey slates, has coped skews and stacks, and includes decorative cans.
