Description
LODGE: circa 1800. Single storey, 3-bay gate lodge; modern harl, contrasting painted ashlar margins. Centre entrance with small flanking windows; 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Margined end stacks; flat skews with run-off skewputts; steeply pitched slate roof with stone ridge. Later rear extension with roof pitch to rear adjusted to embrace.
GATEPIERS: late 18th century square ashlar gatepiers with each with narrow pulvinated string course, deep cornice and stepped cap. No original gates survive.
QUADRANT WALLS: coped rubble walls enclose site and abut gate lodge and gatepiers, both set well back from road.
