Description

Circa 1850, subsequently altered circa 1910. 2-storey, 3-bay with single light windows to outer bays on S (road) elevation, flankking centre biprtites (possibly a pair of cottages with centre dividing wall in original form). Granite ashlar on principal (S and E) elevations, harled N and W. Shallow piended slate roof with red clay ridge tiles, circa 1910; overhanging timber bracketted eaves. Entrance in piend- roofed rear porch probably an addition. Tall wallhead stack central over rear wall. Plate glass sashes, 4-pane at larger outer bay windows of front wall.
