Description

The building is a Post Office located at 10 Abbey Street, Old Deer, dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It features a low two-storey front block constructed of rubble with margins at the ground floor and harled at the first floor. The first-floor windows have later masonry dormer heads, and the building has a piend roof. The back part of the building is higher and broader, also with a piend roof, and remains unaltered. Additionally, there is a 2107MA post box on the main elevation.
