11, 13, 15 Low Street, Portsoy

11, 13, 15 Low Street in Portsoy is a mid-18th century, two-storey house with a dormerless attic and a symmetrical five-bay design, featuring later rear wings. The exterior is harled with painted ashlar margins. The main entrance on the Low Street side has a centre door that is flush-panelled and part-glazed, while there is an entrance to the upper floor flat at number 15 on the north return gable. The first floor has paired windows for the parlour, and there are small attic lights in the north gable. At the rear, there are two-storey and single-storey wings that project out. The windows are timber sash and case with 12-pane glazing, and the building has coped end stacks and slate roofs.

Inside, the first-floor parlour is illuminated by the paired windows in the north gable and a single window at the front. The interior features raised and fielded panelling throughout, with a shaped panel above the hearth, a wall cupboard, and six-panel doors with moulded door-jambs. There is a simple plaster cornice, but no original chimneypiece remains.
