Description

86 Church Street in Portsoy is a building from the mid to late 18th century, originally consisting of three dwellings. It is a two-storey structure with a dormerless attic, featuring a gable end facing the street. The exterior is finished with modern harl over a rubble base, accented by ashlar margins. There are three doorways and four windows on the first floor, along with a small attic light in the gable facing the street. The windows are primarily timber sash with 12-pane glazing. The building has ridge and end stacks, a slate roof, and pottery ridge tiles.
