3, 5, 7 Low Street in Banff is an early 19th-century, two-storey house with an attic, featuring a wide three-bay design. The ground floor has later shop fronts. The building has a squared tooled granite ashlar frontage and a harled return bay facing Back Path. The central entrance includes a panelled door and is flanked by shops from around 1900, which have slender cast-iron column jambs supporting plate glass windows and a continuous corniced fascia board.

On the first floor, there are regular front windows with 12-pane timber sash and case glazing. The original bowed wallhead dormers are slate-hung and feature tripartite designs, with 6-pane glazing in the center light and plate glass in the side lights, also using timber sash and case. A modern box slate-hung dormer is prominently located in the center.

There is a single first-floor window in the return gable with plate glass glazing. The building has a pair of corniced rear stacks and a piended slate roof.
