Description

Netherthird Farmhouse, dated 1806, is a two-storey building with a basement and three windows on the front. It features railed steps and a simple fanlight. The back of the house is three-storey with a back wing that has been converted into a garage. The exterior is finished in modern pink harl with margins, and it has moulded skew ends and ashlar chimneyheads. The glazing has been altered.
