Description

The South Gateway at Meldrum House, likely built in 1851, features a Tudor-Jacobean style and is harled with dark granite dressings. The main arch is 4-centred and includes a keystone that is framed by octagonal piers topped with double globule finials. The gateway is flanked by screen walls that have footgates and terminal octagon piers.
