Glengarioch Distillery, Distillery Road, Old Meldrum

Glengarioch Distillery, located on Distillery Road in Old Meldrum, is a malt floor and store building dating from around 1780. It is a four-storey structure with eleven bays, constructed from granite rubble. The building features a curved corner at the southwest angle and a canted northwest angle. It has casement windows, with the third floor having louvred windows and the second floor having half louvred windows. The interior includes cast iron columns.

Adjacent to the distillery are mid-19th century warehouses, which consist of nine wide bays arranged in three staggered steps. Each central bay of the sections is slightly higher and includes an attic window. These warehouses are two storeys tall and have stepped slopes with six bay flanks, also made of granite rubble and topped with piended slate roofs. Additionally, there are high rubble walls enclosing the land to the rear of the kiln building.
