Description
Fernlea, located at 3 Baker Street in Oldmeldrum, is a two-storey building with three windows. The date "1829" is inscribed above the door, although the ground floor seems to be older than this date. The structure is made of mixed rubble, and the first-floor dressings are made from re-used materials, featuring some parts that are chamfered and others that have margins. The windows have been reglazed.
