Description

Broombank, located at 16 James Street in Old Meldrum, is a building from the late 18th century. It is two stories high and features three windows, constructed from dark granite rough ashlar with red granite dressings. The original woodwork has been preserved. The property includes a railed front garden and tall coped rubble walls that may date back to 1733.
