Description

This building, located on Church Street in Fordyce Village, dates from the earlier 19th century. It is a single-storey corner range that was originally a shop and dwelling but has since been converted into two separate dwellings. The exterior is dry dashed, featuring two wide bays facing School Road, which include a door and a window. There is a window in a recessed bowed angle bay that was once the shop entrance. On Church Street, the building has six bays, comprising three windows and three doors. The windows have 2-pane glazing. The roof is slate, with coped ridge stacks and loft roof lights.
