Description

The Old Parish Churchyard in Rathen is a walled enclosure featuring red granite ashlar gatepiers that date back to the 18th century, topped with ball finials. The gravestones within the churchyard are from the 18th century and later, though they are not particularly noteworthy. Notably, the grandparents of the composer Edward Greig are buried here.
