Description
35 St Clement Street is a late 19th century, two-storey, seven-bay Classical warehouse. It features a symmetrical design with slightly advanced and pedimented end bays that break the eaves. The central entrance is segmental-arched. The building is constructed from granite rubble with squared dressings and has a prominent ashlar band course. The ground floor of the pedimented bays has segmental openings, while the first floor inner bays have square openings set close to the eaves. There is a later aluminium addition at the rear supported by concrete. The building also includes louvred openings and is topped with grey slate. Gable stacks are present, featuring coped ashlar skews and skewputs.
