Description
Voyager House, located at 75 Waterloo Quay, is a three-storey, seven-bay warehouse built around 1854, which has since been converted into offices. It stands on a prominent corner site and features distinctive pilasters that divide the bays, along with a deep blocking course. The building is constructed from grey granite ashlar and includes a band course between the ground and first floors, as well as raised cills.
On the south elevation facing Waterloo Quay, there are segmental-arched openings with aprons on the ground floor, and a recessed main entrance located in the central bay. Additionally, there is another door with ashlar margins at the far left of the west elevation. The north elevation is made of coursed rubble and has regular fenestration. The roof is pitched and made of aluminium.
The interior was extensively modernised as of 2006.
