2 Little Belmont Street, Aberdeen

2 Little Belmont Street is a commercial and residential building dated 1787, featuring three stories and an attic. It is located on a prominent gable-end corner site and constructed from squared granite rubble. The building has regular fenestration on the first and second floors facing Back Wynd, while the gable end facing Little Belmont Street has a two-bay design with a later shopfront infill at the ground level. The openings above the shopfront are arranged in a 'diamond' pattern, with a smaller attic window positioned at the center of the wallhead stack. The west elevation predominantly features brick-filled openings, and there is a stone lintel at the first floor over the pend between 2 and 4 Little Belmont Street.

The windows are primarily timber sash and case with plate glass glazing. The roof is covered in grey slate and features two later dormers on the east side. There is a broad brick stack on the north gable end and a granite stack on the south gable end, which includes ashlar skews. The skews have moulded skewputts inscribed with 'I H' and the date, along with octagonal clay cans.

The interior was partly seen in 2006 and has been altered on the ground floor to accommodate a shop.
