Description

A rectangular plan public hall with pitched roof situated to rear of town hall (HB16/11/003). Pitched roof. Front (SW) gable abuts the town hall. The right (SE) elevation has a firedoor and three modern rectangular window openings containing new modern timber casements separated by rendered buttresses. A modern fuel tank abuts. The left (NW) elevation leading into a new structure (under construction at time of survey). Rear (NE) gable is abutted by a modern two-storey cement rendered fly-tower (over stage) with dressing rooms to rear under a lean-to felt roof. These structures are modern and of no interest with cement rendered walls modern timber doors and windows.
