Three storey shop facing onto the Square on N side of Church Street. Pitched natural slate roof with tall rendered chimney to each gable. Concrete skew to right and leaded one to left. Advanced eaves course carries modern plastic rainwater goods. Front elevation is cement rendered and painted and two windows wide (to upper floors). Ground floor is filled by a modern shop front with large boxed fascia, all of no interest. Each upper floor has two wide uPVC casement windows with thin concrete cills. Those to second floor are diminished in height. Right gable is abutted by a lower building (HB16/11/007). The exposed section is rendered and has “CHEMISTS” painted vertically on wall. Left gable is abutted by a lower building; the exposed section is rendered and blank. Rear elevation not inspected.
