May Cottage is a house, originally built around 1834. The original building features bracketed overhanging eaves. The property has undergone significant modification, with most of the windows now being uPVC, although two original margin-paned sash windows remain visible. Associated stone-built outbuildings are present, featuring slate roofs and a tall coach arch leading to the rear yard. The building was surveyed, but deemed not worthy of full documentation or listing, and remains a record only.
