The Great Northern Hotel, formerly located at 68 Shore Road, Rostrevor, Co. Down, BT34 4TJ, was surveyed in the First Survey of historic buildings but was not originally listed. The building has since been demolished and replaced by a car showroom. This record is a partial document created during the Second Survey. Physical remnants of the original building remain, including portions of the rear and side walls, a chimney, and a decorative front wall with railings. The building operated as a hotel and its current use is also as a hotel. It is not a listed building and possesses neither architectural nor historical interest.
