Small single storey / two bay house at end of a long lane off west side of Ballynahattan Road. Roof is pitched and asbestos slated (formerly thatched), with cement verges. Rendered chimney on right hand gable. Modern half round plastic rainwater goods with downpipe to left of façade. Original wallhead has been raised. Walls are cement rendered and whitewashed. Central modern stained timber door. To its right is a small four paned fixed timber window (probably original) with no cill. To left of door is a larger modern replacement window with concrete cill. Its left gable is blank. Right gable is abutted by a lean-to extension with lean-to corrugated metal roof, harled walls and a modern 1/1 casement on its front wall. Rear elevation is blank
