Single storey/ three bay vernacular house on south side of Dunaval Road. Pitched natural slate roof with terracotta ridges and brick verges. Three rendered chimneys, one to each gable and one to party wall between central and right bays. Rainwater goods semicircular metal (to front only). Walls have ochre wash over lime-dashed random rubble. Principal façade faces north-east on to road. Entrance is at left side of middle bay. It has a shallow gabled porch, the roof of which has natural slates, terracotta ridges and plain bargeboard, and is tied into main roof. Both of cheeks of the porch are blank and it contains a 1930s glazed and sheeted door which is slightly taller than the eaves of the main block. On ground floor left bay is a 1/1 sliding sash window. Central and right bays each have a 2/2 (vertically divided) sliding sash window. All windows have exposed boxes and painted granite cills. Left gable is blank and is abutted by a small concrete block lean-to with corrugated metal roof. The front wall of this lean-to incorporates an earlier random rubble wall, the pitched roof of which can be seen as a mark on the gable of the main block. The rear elevation is dashed and has a small 2/2 sliding sash window at centre. Infilled window at right. Right gable is blank. It is abutted by a small outbuilding with pitched corrugated asbestos roof and rendered walls.
