Description
A single-storey house and barn with a basement at the west end, built between 1840 and 1859. The building is constructed of basalt rubble and was formerly derelict, but has been entirely renovated for residential use. Replacement timber sliding sash windows are now present throughout. The property is set in a rural location, screened from the road by trees and with a lawn adjacent. It appears on an Ordnance Survey map of 1857.
