This is a two-storey house, likely dating from the Edwardian period between 1900 and 1919. It originally served as a house, and is now used as an office. The building is constructed of red brick and is set back slightly from the pavement on Main Street, Larne, with a paved area in front. It is flanked by gabled shop premises.

The front elevation features a Tudor-arched porch constructed of stone, containing a recessed doorway with Art Nouveau leaded glazing to the fanlight. Canted bays extend two stories upwards on either side of the porch. A carriage gateway is located on the left side, providing access to the rear and containing original ledged timber gates with a segmental profile. While the building retains some original Edwardian features, it has been altered by replacement fabric.
