Block 2, Main Street, Drumquin, Omagh, Co Tyrone

Block 2, Main Street, Drumquin, was a two-story house and public house. The building, which has since been demolished and replaced, originally had a slated roof with gabled ends and stone chimneys. The walls were rendered, lined, and painted, with painted stone quoins. It featured five first-floor and three ground-floor double-hung windows with horizontal astrays and louvred shutters. A house door was positioned approximately below the third window, and it had a glazed and panelled fanlight with a moulded architrave. The public house front, located under the two right-hand windows, included two square windows and a central glazed and panelled door. A signboard was positioned above the entire front. The building had plain mullions, and its condition was fair. The frontage measured around 43 feet. An older Ordnance Survey map from 1833 shows a smaller building on the site.
