Myroe Presbyterian Church, 111 Seacoast Road, Lomond, Limavady, Co Londonderry, BT49 9EG

Myroe Presbyterian Church, built between 1820 and 1839 and with a datestone of 1832, is a simple hall church measuring 21 metres by 12 metres. Services commenced in 1836, and the first minister was the Reverend David Lynch. Prior to 1838, the congregation adhered to the Original Burgher Seceders, formed in 1826. The church is set well back from the Seacoast Road, with its long wall parallel to the road, and is surrounded by a graveyard. The building was renovated in the 1990s. The interior has been inappropriately finished with regards to surface materials, and the pews have been changed. The congregation previously met in the old Crindle school house, which was replaced in 1857. References are contained within J E Mullin’s The Presbytery of Limavady (1989).
