Description

This is a terrace of three two-storey, two-bay houses originally located on Prospect Place, Banbridge. The houses date to the mid-19th century, although they have undergone recent alterations. They were originally built with slate roofs, rendered walls with a plinth, and 2/2 sliding sash windows with horizontal astragal glazing. The front elevation originally featured six first-floor windows and three ground-floor windows. Each house had a window and a four-panelled timber door with a plain fanlight over. The render was lined and painted grey, with a rendered eaves course and chimneys. A 1976 survey noted the condition as fair. The terrace has now been replaced with modern terraced housing. The listing is a Record Only, with no extent of architectural or historical interest formally recognized.
