6-13 Font Street, Banbridge, Co Down, BT32 3JD

The building was formerly a terrace of two-storey, single-bay houses on Fort Street in Banbridge. It dated to around 1865 and comprised eight houses stepped in pairs, with a central cart entrance. The terrace was originally characterised by slated roofs, limewashed walling, and timber sash windows; however, the terrace has now been demolished.

The First Survey card indicates that the houses originally lacked back doors. They had rendered chimneys, plastered walls and were finished with stone cills. Most of the original ground floor windows were intact. The front elevation was reported to be in fair order, while the rear was in poor condition. The overall length of the terrace was approximately 100 feet. It was not shown on Ordnance Survey maps of 1833 or 1861, and is comparable with Poplar Row. The card notes a blank entry for the date of visit.

The Northern Ireland listing record indicates that the building is not listed for its architectural or historical interest and that the listing is only partial.
