This was a former Victorian terrace of one-and-a-half and single-storey dwellings. The buildings had slated roofs, whitened and rendered walls over a contrasting plinth, and timber doors with transom lights. The terrace, located in Civiltown, Drumnascamph, comprised fifteen units and was constructed before 1860. Originally, all the dwellings were single-storey, except for two at the western end. Windows varied, being either plain-sashed or Georgian-glazed, and many entrance doors featured multi-paned rectangular fanlights. A small shop within the terrace was notable for its panelled shutters. The terrace did not appear on the Ordnance Survey map of 1833 but was shown on the 1860 map. The terrace was demolished and replaced by modern housing. The First Survey card was recorded on 21 December 1972. This is a partial survey only and the terrace is not listed for its architectural or historical interest.
