The building was a two-storey, three-bay house constructed c.1840. It was situated on a low site below the level of the Banbridge Road and has since been demolished. The original house was rendered and featured Georgian-glazed sash windows with 12 panes below and 9 panes above, accented by raised surrounds. The central entrance was recessed within an elliptical-arched opening, framed with slim pilasters, and topped with a hooped fanlight. A two-storey return featured a hip roof transitioning to a gable on the north side. The house was not depicted on the Ordnance Survey map of 1833 but was shown on the Ordnance Survey map of 1860. A survey card indicates the building was observed on 21 December 1972. The building had no specific architectural, historical, or group value, and the listing is recorded as partial.
