A former nineteenth century two-storey terrace, now demolished and replaced by modern housing. The First Survey card records: ‘Post 1833 2 - storey terrace, slated roofs and whitened walls. Glazing bars to windows. Poor condition. Early corner lamp bracket remains. Does not appear on OS map of 1833. UAHS Banbridge 1969’
