Description

This is a small, single-storey vernacular house located in Seapatrick, Banbridge, County Down. It was built before 1833 and has since been demolished. The First Survey card describes the house as having an asbestos slate roof, walls that were plastered and whitened, and a rear elevation with grey roughcast rendering. It also had a rendered chimney and original windows giving a frontage of 35 feet. The building appeared on an Ordnance Survey map dated 1833. A survey was conducted on 16th September 1969. The building is not listed for its architectural or historical interest, and the listing extent is not defined. This represents a partial survey only.
