This is a modern representation of a 19th-century two-storey terrace. It features a parapet and rendered (roughcast) walling. The original First Survey card notes that it was built in the late 19th century and comprises a terrace of two, three-storey, and two, two-storey houses. The buildings have slated roofs. Horizontal glazing bars are present in the windows. Pilastered doorcases are topped with cornices and decorative pediments (numbers 9, 19, and 43), and one features a garland decoration (number 43). Moulded architraves frame the first-floor windows. The overall frontage measures 80 feet. The Urban Amenities and Historical Society of Banbridge documented the terrace in 1969.
