16 Demesne Park, Holywood, County Down, BT18 9NE

The house at 16 Demesne Park, Holywood, was demolished and replaced with a modern two-storey dwelling. The original house, designed by Denis O'D Hanna around 1938, was a symmetrical two-storey building with gabled roofs and a prominent breakfront containing the entrance, which was topped by a round-headed window. Corner windows were present at each end of the front facade. It originally featured small-paned windows, although these have now been replaced with plastic windows. A First Survey card records this description, noting the information came from P. Larmour. The site is subject to a partial survey only and is not listed for either architectural or historical interest.
